Fabrics provide us a great challenge, it seems every day a new exotic fabric comes onto the market and the upholstery manufactures jump at the opportunity to use them. Unfortunately they tend to have total disregard for their subsequent care & cleaning. DFS, Laura Ashley, MultiYork, Wade, IKEA, M&S etc all produce some unique & beautiful items of soft furniture. With the correct care they can last a considerable time.
 Over the past decades we have travelled all around the east coast of Yorkshire from Filey, Bridlington & Hornsea to give our professional advice on the correct care of many items of bespoke & antique furniture including tapestries, prayer cushions and fabric wall coverings.  No matter the problem we can help!! over the past decades we have cleaned 1000s of suites and all types of fabric. We pride ourselves on the knowledge we have accumulated over all these years, we rarely come across a fabric we cannot identify and clean, usually giving amazing result. We can dry clean using safe solvents, we can gently wet clean using specially softened water but in all cases we treat the item with total care and professionalism. DRY BEFORE WE LEAVE!
We appreciate that you want your suite cleaning, but just as important you want it ready to use straight away. 95% of suites we clean are dry before we leave.  |

The stains on the lounge carpet were removed including the red wine and the full pot of tea.
We will use Henry again in the summer.
we can often completely remove these stains with a combination of a mild solvent cleaning agent and a gentle agitation with a soft horsehair brush, then a rinse with freshwater.
the only problem is when this oily grease builds up on the fabric, then the fabric can become weakened and be prone to tearing.

When we need you to clean the bedrooms after we have decorated we will give you a call, but I don't think it will until July as the decorator is busy until then.

He arrived on time and we left him to his work, when we returned he had completed the work to our satisfaction.
Yesterday (Friday) we went to put the furniture back and noticed some marks on the carpet that we were a little concerned with, We Called Henry and within the hour he had returned to inspect the carpet. Henry Explained the marks were from the cleaning tool he had used and they would disappear when we vacuumed the carpet. to put our mind at rest he got his vacuum cleaner from his van and gave the carpet a good vacuum. the marks did disappear.
We have known Henry and his family for 11yrs. he has cleaned for us before he has also cleaned our Sons home In Cherry Burton.
He is honest & hard working.
