Our Advanced stainshield uses new DuPont technology to provide more repellency than any other carpet protector. We were very pleased that you offered a full service of moving the beds and chests that were in the bedrooms, as we are retired it was not a task we were looking forward to.
We will keep you in. Mind when we need the suite cleaning or perhaps in the new year we will have the carpets cleaned.
Last week my husband spilt a full lasagne with a fresh green salad across the arm of the single chair, I was mortified!! But Beverleys 4th emergency service came to our rescue in his shiny colourful van.
he arrived quickly to completely remove all evidence of the stain, he reminded us that the reason he had such success was because we had been wise enough to have the fabric protected when we bought it.
Blot spills, do not rub. Use a fresh white cotton cloth or plain paper towel. Then dilute the spot with cold water misted from a spray bottle, continue to blot then mist again repeat until the stain is removed, then continue to blot until it is dry. Don't scrub because it could damage the surface and set in the stain. For solid spills, use a spoon to scoop up any bits before beginning the process above. For dried spills, vacuum first then begin process
Without stain protection these stains are impossible to remove, we always recommend that both carpet and upholstery are protected especially…… if the home-owners have a love of Indian food!
