Be Warned….. unprofessional cleaning of the carpets or the hiring of a DIY machine can jeopardise the return of your deposit, unless the letting agent is assured the carpets have been cleaned to a professional standard they will be reluctant to return your deposit .  If the property is unfurnished/part furnished and the carpets are vacuumed before our arrival We offer a 'no frills' cleaning service to vacating tenants, the quality of the clean is still first class but the price is 20% lower. your dog has urinated on the carpet, you will have to put up with the 'hassle' of a professional clean, the dog odour in the bedroom will need a full clean to eradicate the smell, unless the source of the odour is removed the offensive smell will return.
if you cut corners to try and save money it will just bite you in the bum when the letting agents retains your deposit.

We have 2 problems:
A Dog urine stain (wool carpets) & dog odour on the bedroom carpet. Can these problems be sorted with the hassle of a full professional carpet clean?
We also need a carpet cleaner in Driffield do you cover that area?

We are moving out of our student digs next week. we are looking for a cheap carpet cleaning service, do you offer budget carpet cleaner for students? It says you offer 20% off for end of tenancy cleaning but our room are only small and we are on a limited budget, so can you clean them for a group rate, there are 6 of us needing you.
If you offer a budget carpet cleaning service can you call us or email before the end of week.
Our roommates mother said you were a great carpet & upholstery cleaner and we should call you as your son goes to our uni.
